Daniel has significant experience of banking and financial services both in China and the UK having worked at Standard Chartered in Beijing, as founder and Head of Kaupthing, Singer and Friedlander's China Team in London, then as a co-founding equity Partner of Akur Partners, where he was Head of Akur's China business services. Daniel graduated with a BA (Hons.) in Modern and Classical Chinese from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
